Spa is a town located in the Belgian province of Liege. It is situated in a valley amid hills that form part of the woodland plateau that is called the Ardennes. From Calais, it is 228 miles. The GP circuit is located just outside the village of Francorchamps which is clearly signposted from the E42 motorway at junction 10.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have a large van/lorry or even a big trailer, you will need to enter the track via Stavelot, which is at junction 11.
The track is renowned for its changeable weather and it is not unknown for one half of the track to be drenched in rain and the other to be under hot, clear blue skies! The track was opened in 1924.
