Welcome to Autotrack UK Ltd (Autotrack). Before you register or use this service, you should read and agree to these Terms and Conditions of use, including any future amendments (collectively, the "Agreement"). You should also visit this page periodically to review the terms and conditions. Autotrack may, at its sole discretion, modify or revise these terms and conditions and policies at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. If you do not accept and abide by this Agreement, you may not use the Autotrack service.

In these Terms and Conditions "we", "our", "us" and "Autotrack" refer to "Autotrack UK Ltd"; "you", "your" and "yourself" refers to the customer and/or user of the website.

Description of Service. Autotrack is a retail outlet as well as an online shop (the Service) that offers car trackdays and associated services.

Acceptance of Terms. By accessing the content of www.autotrackdays.com ("the Website") you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein and you accept our privacy policy available via the link on our home page. If you object to any of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement you should not use any of the products or services on the Website and leave immediately. You agree that you shall not use the Website for illegal purposes, and will respect all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the Website in a way that may impair the performance, corrupt the content or otherwise reduce the overall functionality of the Website. You also agree not to compromise the security of the Website or attempt to gain access to secured areas or sensitive information. You agree to be fully responsible for any claim, expense, liability, losses, costs including legal fees incurred by us arising from any infringement of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.

Copyright. All intellectual property of Autotrack such as trademarks, trade names, patents, registered designs and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the Website remain the property of Autotrack. By using the Website you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Autotrack and will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing, or exploiting for commercial purpose any material contained within the Website.

Disclaimers. The information is provided on the understanding that the Website is not engaged in rendering advice and should not be wholly relied upon when making any related decision. The information contained within the Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis with no warranties expressed or otherwise implied relating to the accuracy, fitness for purpose, compatibility or security of any components of the Website. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the www.autotrackdays.com Website and cannot provide any representation that using the Website will be error free. Autotrack also reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service with or without notice at any time and without any liability to you.

Third Parties. The Website may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by other parties. We do not control such websites and we take no responsibility for, and will not incur any liability in respect of, their content. Our inclusion of hyperlinks to such websites does not imply any endorsement of views, statements or information contained in such websites.

Severance. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

Other. Autotrack reserves the right to refund any monies received in relation to an order and cancel the order if it believes the order to be fraudulent.

Cancellations: In the unlikely event that Autotrack UK Ltd have to cancel any event, participants will be informed prior to the event. All payments made to Autotrack for said event will be refunded in full. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled due to the force majeure all payments will be carried forward to a rescheduled event after deduction of all irrecoverable costs. Partial or full cancellation of your booking by you must be confirmed in writting. On receipt of conformation of cancellation, the following charges will be applicable: Prior to the event: More than 28 days prior to the event: £50 per car and all non recoverable costs incurred by Autotrack UK Ltd on your behalf. 15-28 days prior to the event: 50% of the total amount of your cancelled booking and all non recoverable costs incurred by Autotrack UK Ltd on your behalf. 8-14 days prior to the event:75% of the total amount of your cancelled booking and all non recoverable costs incurred by Autotrack UK Ltd on your behalf. 0-7 days prior to the event: 100% of the total amount of your cancelled booking. Non apperance: 100% of the total amount of your booking.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of England and any user of the Website hereby agrees to be bound exclusively by the jurisdiction of English courts without reference to rules governing choice of laws. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by a court under such jurisdiction, it will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which will continue to have full force and effect.

Complaints Procedure. You can make a complaint in writing. Please provide your telephone number and your full postal address along with any order or reference number so we may retrieve all details from our records.

We will reply within 7 working days from when we receive your complaint. If it is not possible to give you a full reply within this time - for instance, because a detailed investigation is required - we will give you an interim response, telling you what is being done to deal with your complaint, when you can expect the full reply and from whom. That full reply will include details of who to contact next if you believe your complaint has not been dealt with properly. This Complaints Procedure does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
